The onset of the effect characterized by the disappearance of the position reflex is on average 3.4 min from the administration of the preparation. The onset of anaesthesia at a dose of 15 mg.kg-1 b.w. is 9.2 min on average from the administration of the preparation or 5.8 min from the onset of sedation.
